Forbes reports that Baku takes the prize as being the world’s dirtiest city. To put this in perspective many people comment on the news item and can’t understand why their filthy third world city in Africa or India etc. doesn’t rate in the top 25. Maybe it’s the kilometres of oil-soaked land just out of Baku that may take billions of dollars to clean up. Ah, surely refacing buildings will solve the problem.
