The recent pardoning decree was issued in Azerbaijan not long ago and the pardoning commission has not yet initiated work.

“I don’t think the act of pardon will be issued by May 10″.The due announcement was made by Ali Hasanov, chief of sociopolitical department of Azerbaijan’s Presidential Administration.He noted that the recent act of pardon was released not long ago and the pardoning commission has not yet started working.Touching upon the release of three reporters, he noted that Ago group members, who visited Baku, held a meeting in the Presidential administration.”They praised the release of 6 journalists and recommended to release the remaining 3 reporters. We will consider these proposals”, said he.
